LEATHER TANNING

All our leathers are tanned in Argentina and Brazil , where we have long term partnership with LWG certified tanneries. In the tanning stage of our products, the fresh hides are treated to be clean and de-haired. Then the skins get tanned to the wet blue stage, where our QC inspectors review each skin for grading; categorizing the skins for particular product. Skins then get sent to  coloring, to produce our multitude of crust colors. Once the skins are drum dyed to their crust colors, they are inspected again by our QC teams before being shipped to our warehouse in Johnstown, New York.
